Ósk is kind and considerate, maybe a little too kind.. The loss of his pups and mate at such a young point in his life made him hollow for a long period of time, causing his head to be filled with all sorts of nonsense about loss and love. Hes sweet, loving and passionate and will only ever harm a living creature if it is completely 100% necessary. He doesn't snap, he almost never loses his temper, and hes a sweetheart to Ashildr and hates seeing her upset.
Despite his sweet temperament hes a very nervous character, always worried he'll do something wrong.
He blames himself for the death of his mate and pups, and will always vow to do right by them.
He has a kind and loving heart, and just wants to be able to show love to everyone around him.
His kind nature is a risk though, as he believes no living creature should be harmed unless it is provoked - Meaning he will not harm anyone, not even a night beast unless it attacks first.

Ósk was born in 2957, to a hunter named Torbjörn and a warrior named Astrid.
He was the last born in the litter, and had one sibling, a much bigger and healthier looking male named Balti. He was a frail and very sick pup, with a very skinny build and was born with clear signs of underdevelopment in his nose. Scared that he would die, Astrid asked a healer to look him over..
Astrid and Torbjörn were devasted when they were told their young pup, would be lucky to live past 5 months old and deciding to name him Ósk, meaning 'wish'. In a desperate hope The Sky Gods or 'Father' would look down on him and help him grow.
They don't really know wether there prayers were answered.. Or if it was a more simple case of the Healer was mistaken, but Ósk continued to grow. Much to the relief of his mother and father, who thought they would lose there child..
Though not everyone was happy with this, Ósk's older and bigger brother Balti, would purposely hurt his younger brother, not enough to be noticed or scolded for but enough to scar the pup.
Balti wasn't doing it out of hate, more out of jealousy! Balti was the first born.. So he believed he should have been the favourite, but it was clear Ósk was his parents 'chosen one'.
No matter how hard Ósk tried, his brother would refuse to give in to his whines and begging. So Ósk endured it.. Vowing that one day he would grow strong and put a stop to his brothers behaviour.
2 Years passed, Ósk and Balti grew bigger and bigger by the day, and surprisingly Ósk was the one to triumph in height! He was finally bigger than his brother, maybe not as strong but he was finally big enough to stand up for himself. No longer would he be pushed around by Balti.
Balti was furious that he could no longer control his 'little brother' and decided he could no longer stand the sight of his brother and opted to leave his parents den early. Desperate to make a new life for himself, AWAY from his 'idiot' brother. Luckily for Balti, his prayers were answered when he found Fríðr, a young and loving female, who managed to repair his broken heart and change his ways. Balti then trained to be a warrior, desperate to get his mothers attention once more.
Ósk on the other hand, opted for the sweeter approach.. and trained to be a healer. Desperate to show that he could do right and help others.
Despite all the torment he had gone through as a child, it was clear his mind was still straight and sweet and luckily hadn't been scarred too badly by his brother.
When he turned 3 years old, he fell hard and fast in love with a younger female named Tyra, and he was desperate to impress her..
After months of trying and failing, Tyra finally noticed the male and accepted him as her mate, and that summer she gave birth to 3 beautiful pups..
Though the happiness didn't last long..
The birth was long and hard, and it left a crucial blow on Ósk's heart..
For some reason unknown, probably sickness or weakness..
Tyra didn't survive the birth.. Ósk refused to leave her side, only ever leaving to move the pups closer towards him for warmth while another female suckled them.
He hoped, and prayed to the sky gods to protect them.. But it seems his prayers went unanswered, because after 3 painful weeks.. His pups passed in their sleep, by their fathers side.. They were too weak and small to survive without their mothers protection and sadly passed away..
Ósk blamed himself and still does to this day, so tries his best to help anyone he can, even willing to babysit pups at night or during cold mornings in hopes of healing his broken heart..
